Do you have a paper catalogue?

We have not any paper catalogue yet. All of our products are posted on our website. Every week we try to suggest you new products, which is making the edition of a catalogue difficult.

 

I have got a discount code/coupon, when have I to use it?

To put in an order you need to go through 3 steps: firstly you have to furnish your bag, secondly you have to choose the delivery address of your parcel, then thirdly there is the invoicing step. The last step is the one where your discount code/coupon will be asked. After having typed it in the appropriate form you will see the amount of the gift token will be deduced automatically from the total of the order form.

 

If I have a problem with my order, can I send it back to you?

Yes, you can. As noticed in our sell conditions you have 14 days to send back a product you are not foolish satisfied, in its origin package.  

 

Can I become a retailer of your products?

No, you cannot for the moment.

 

Do you deliver in “contre remboursement” ?

No, we do not for the moment. Only two ways of payment are available: Visa card and cheques.

 

I try to register but an error message told me my login name has been already used, what can I do?

Your email address already had to be used to create an account on RuedelaMer. If you do not remember the password associated with this email address, click the link "Forgot Password", you will immediately receive it in your inbox.

 

I try to unsubscribe from your newsletter from your unsubscribe link but it seems not working, how can I do?

In most cases when an unsubscribe seems not working is that you must have multiple email addresses and one of your addresses is redirect to the address with which you are trying to unsubscribe.
